【会议背景】
随着全球航空业的发展，飞机主机制造单位及民航用户对航空发动机的要求越来越高。未来20年，中国航空运输量将提升近四倍，飞机噪声和减排的问题将成为中国航空运输业面临的重要挑战。与此同时，发动机制造商也一直专注于通过提高热效率和涵道比来改善传统结构的大涵道比发动机的循环效率，并持续开展循环参数优化、气动设计改进以及部件耐久性设计的研究，以提高其性能、可靠性和耐久性，并降低发动机的耗油率。由此实现提高航空发动机的性能及可靠性，降低成本，增强航空发动机推力和功率，并有效地控制噪音。与日俱增的客户预期将推动航空发动机产业不断创新发展。
在此背景之下，“第四届商用航空发动机上海国际论坛”定于2019年3月20日至21日上海召开。商用航空发动机上海国际论坛是以《两机重大专项》为依托，立足于上海，旨在加强行业信息交流与商业合作，促进航空发动机产业发展。论坛在上海市航空学会与中国航发商用航空发动机有限责任公司的倡议下发起，每年举办一届，目前已成功举办了三届，本届论坛主题为“创造绿色心脏，发动航际力量”，并将通过主旨演讲、互动讨论、展览展示、一对一商务洽谈及媒体采访等形式，探索如何加快建设和完善航空发动机基础技术支撑、研发生产、试验验证和产品配套等体系。预计，论坛将汇集200多位来自国内外政府部门和航空发动机研发、制造、测试以及零部件和软件企业的领导和专家，为业界同仁打造一个权威、适时的交流合作平台。

【Event Background】
In recent years, the development of global aerospace industry has greatly enhanced the requirements of Aircraft OEMs and Airline companies for aero engines. Over the next 20 years, the China air transportation will nearly quadruple. Aircraft noise and emission issues are becoming the major challenges to China air transportation industry. In spite of the increasing requirements for high performance and reliability, aero engines costs are expected to decrease. Despite the enhancing thrust and power, aero engine noise is required to be controlled in a more effective way. Higher clients’ expectations drive to continuous innovation of aero engine products. Commercial Aero Engine Shanghai International Forum, based on China National Special Project of Aero Engine & Gas Turbine, is located in Shanghai, China. This forum aims to support aero engine industry development through information exchanges and business cooperation. Initiated by Shanghai Society of Aeronautics and AECC Commercial Aircraft Engine Co., Ltd., this annual forum has been successfully held in the past three years. The Commercial Aero Engine Shanghai International Forum 2019 will be held in the city of Shanghai, on March 20th - 21st, 2019.
The forum will analyze optimized solutions that could accelerate the establishment and improvements of aero engine fundamental technology support, R&D and production, modification and verification, product configuration through keynote speech, panel discussions, exhibitions, business meetings and media interviews. Commercial Aero Engine Shanghai International Forum 2019, as an authoritative and timely platform, promises to unite more than 200 distinguished delegates from government bureau, aero engine designer, manufacturer, tester, components providers and software companies.
